How to get your first Express Commission.

Step 1: Complete the online application form

Step 2: Sign off & fax back documents 

After we receive your completed application form, we email you a calculation of the amount of the upfront cash payment together with our Commission Assignment Agreements.

We can provide an upfront cash payment of up to 100% of your net commission less a reserve to cover Discount Fees depending on the number of days until settlement.

Please sign the agreements and fax or email them back to us with a copy of the following documents:

• Your drivers licence (first time only)
• Agency selling agreement 
• Signed Contract of Sale and any special conditions
• Trust account receipt or deposit bond or confirmation of deposit from Solicitors
• Letter from Solicitor or Conveyancer confirming transaction
• Copy of Trust bank statement, showing deposit into Trust 

For same day funding all completed documents are requred by 3.00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Step 3: Your Cash Payment Is Ready!

Your Cash Advance will be deposited directly into your bank account within 4 hours of receipt of all complete documentation.
