After we receive your completed application form, we email you a calculation of the amount of the upfront cash payment together with our Commission Assignment Agreements.

Please sign the agreements and fax or email them back to us with a copy of the following documents:

• Your drivers licence (first time only).
• Agency selling agreement. 
• Signed Contract of Sale and any special conditions (front page only) 
• Trust account receipt or deposit bond or confirmation of deposit from Solicitors.
• Letter from Solicitor or Conveyancer confirming transaction.
